Shuopu employs a full team of qualified welders who has obtained the welder qualification certificate and welding procedure approval certificate issued by China Classification Society (CCS). We also have robotic welding capability that yields strong, fast, precise welds and can access difficult-to-reach areas. Shuopu is proud to offer advanced welding services for stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel along with other metals and dissimilar metals, and utilizes a variety of methods to meet fabrication requirements of our customers.

Welding Services With Shuopu

Our certified welding services cover various welding processes, including:

· Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW)

· Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)

· Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)

· Laser Beam Welding（LBW）

· Submerged Arc Welding（SAW)

Different welding processes have their own characteristics and advantages. Shuopu welding mainly uses Arc Welding. Among them, Manual Welding and Carbon Dioxide Shielded Welding are flexible and suitable for most situations; Submerged Arc Welding has high efficiency and is good for welding straight lines and thick plates; the energy of Argon Arc Welding is concentrated so that it is easier to form a dense welds, Laser Welding has the characteristics of high precision and low deformation. We will use the most appropriate welding method base on the material properties, thicknesses, finishing requirements, etc.

Our 150-person blue-collar team is experienced and capable of manufacturing weldments from very small to 100 tons, dimensional testing and quality inspection run through the entire production process to ensure our products meet industry standards for quality, tight tolerance and precision.
